Generation Tux is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead our on-site showroom operations in Chicago, driving exceptional customer experiences. You will manage inventory, coordinate fittings, and supervise showroom staff while partnering with marketing to promote offerings and grow revenue.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations including opening/closing.
• Guide customers on style, fitting, and coordination.
• Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote offerings and drive sales.
• Track inventory and conduct audits to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain records of orders, returns, and inventory; assist budgeting.
