Job summary

Interface, Inc. is seeking a Showroom Manager in Dallas, TX to drive inside sales and showcase our flooring brands to local designers. You will maintain a polished showroom, manage events, and present product information clearly and professionally.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail/design sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate samples with sales teams while upholding sustainability messaging. This is a full-time role in our Dallas showroom.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; design degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years sales experience in retail/design environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage showroom and organize events.
  • Ability to communicate sustainability initiatives (Mission Zero, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Open and close showroom daily.
  • Manage inside sales and present products to designers.
  • Plan and host showroom events (occasional evenings and weekends).
  • Present information of all brands clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain showroom displays and sample inventory.
  • Coordinate samples with AE's and support client needs.
  • Ensure showroom safety, housekeeping and regulatory compliance.

Building on more than 30 years of sustainability progress and industry‐first innovation, we remain ‘all in’ on our goal of becoming carbon negative by 2040, without the use of offsets.***Position summary:** The Showroom Manager is responsible for providing inside sales, presenting products to local designer’s, keeping the showroom space/sample library organized and running showroom events. **Educational requirements:** High School Diploma Ideally a four year college degree in Design or a related field **Skills and experience:** One - three years sales experience in a retail/design environment preferred Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Excellent presentation skills Excellent customer relationship skillsDemonstrated organization and follow-up skills Demonstrated design experience preferredDemonstrated ability with Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, PowerPoint, Excel is preferred **Essential duties:** Open and close showroom dailyInside sales Set-up and manage showroom events (occasional evenings and weekends) Generate traffic into the showroom Present information of all brands clearly, accurately, and professionally Clearly communicate Mission Zero, Seven Fronts of Sustainability, Climate Take Back Present product information to local designers Maintain the showroom, develop and implement plans to maximize sales Create and implement showroom displays Assist walk-in customers Manage the on-site tile sample inventory Work with AE's to provide samples to clients Coordinate Lunch n' Learn and other events for AE's Responsible for the facility to coordinate utilities, maintenance and janitorial contracts and needs Maintain housekeeping Comply with safety rules Comply with environmental regulations Be aware of departmental Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Perform other duties as assigned **Physical demands:** Occasional lifting and moving of less than 50 lbs.
