Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, and build lasting relationships.
• Enter and verify orders and account information in the JDE system.
• Work collaboratively with the Branch Operations team and Sales Team members.
• Support the ISR and/or Operations Manager with walk-in showroom customers.
• Perform warehouse operations as needed, including inspecting, identifying, handling, and shipping inventory.
• Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory, address discrepancies, and generate inventory reports.
• Efficiently handle will-call customers and ensure professional service throughout their experience.
• Assist in showroom maintenance as needed, including cleaning and conducting monthly showroom audits.
• Perform inventory receiving, recording, issuing, and transporting goods as required.
