C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Detailer to ensure every vehicle on our lot meets showroom standards and delivers an outstanding customer experience.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, passion for automotive care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As part of our team, you will be responsible for exterior washing, waxing, interior deep cleaning, and protective treatments, while upholding safety and quality in every vehicle.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented candidate capable of achieving showroom-standard vehicle detailing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced dealership team.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, wax and polish exteriors to showroom quality.
• Deep clean interiors including carpets, seats and surfaces.
• Apply protective sealants and fabric protectants to preserve vehicle quality.
• Perform light cosmetic repairs such as buffing minor scratches and touch-ups.
• Inspect detailing work to meet dealership and customer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized detailing area and proper tool care.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Support additional tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
