Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative at our Coral Gables showroom. You will assist customers on the showroom floor and collaborate with Outside Sales to deliver superb service and accurate quotations.

This onsite role offers an uncapped commission, a 40-hour schedule with Saturday shifts, and a compensation range of $40,000–$60,000 per year, reflecting local wage practices and performance.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred.
• Results oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.
• Excellent communication for phone/in-person sales, time management and organizational skills.
• Ambition to succeed and self-motivated.
• General digital literacy.

Position Details

Location: Onsite - Coral Gables, FL

Schedule: 40 Hours schedule per week, which includes a Saturday Shift 10am to 3pm

Commission: This is an uncapped commission eligible role.

Estimated total compensation range: $40,000 - $60,000 + annually.
