Overhead Door Company of St. Louis, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking a Showroom Representative/Counter Parts Sales Associate to provide administrative support, assist customers, and drive parts sales.

The role includes scheduling service appointments to meet customer timing preferences and troubleshooting basic installations. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm) with commission opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Must be able to lift over 20 lbs and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally with strong customer service.
• Communicate with customers, supervisor, and staff effectively.

• Review, receive, and process parts deliveries and technician parts picklists.
• Troubleshoot and assist customers with remote-control setup.
• Provide details about showroom doors to customers.

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Showroom Representative/Counter Parts Sales Associate to provide administrative support to staff, department and management. This individual will be responsible for representing the company in a professional manner, counter parts sales, and troubleshooting. Standard work hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Commission opportunity!

Position Overview:

• Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills
• Communicate with customer, supervisor or other office personnel in an effective and timely manner
• Provide administrative support to staff, department and management. Receive incoming calls from customers that require service/sales by identify the type of call, type of problem, and then schedule the service appointment assuring the customers timing preference is met for a specific day and time of day
• Review, receive, and process parts deliveries and technician parts picklists
• Troubleshoot and walk customers through remote-control set up
• Provide detailsabout various doors in the showroom for customers
• Utilize a gas cutting torch and other hand tools to cut springs/cables
• Other duties as assigned
