AtWork showroom is hiring a customer-focused team member to assist builders, homeowners, and contractors with product selections and quotes. You will provide pricing details, answer inquiries, and support multiple departments to ensure timely service and accurate information.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage several tasks while maintaining a welcoming showroom environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist builders, contractors, homeowners, and customers with product selections and inquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotes for builders and customers based on their project needs.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and through email.
• Follow up on quotes, customer requests, and pending projects to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse teams, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure accurate information and timely service.
• Maintain organized customer records, quotes, and project documentation.
• Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized showroom environment.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, personable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable learning new products, pricing structures, systems, and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in customer service, showroom sales, retail, construction, administration, or sales support is a plus but not required.
