Job summary

Kingsbury Real Estate Group is seeking a Showing Assistant to join an elite team and grow alongside North America’s top 20% real estate professionals. You will work with a sales agent to guide clients to homes, write and negotiate offers, and participate in coaching and training programs with PLACE Technology-supported workflows.

You are energized by people, eager to grow in real estate, and hold a high school diploma with a valid real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Guide clients to homes with a sales agent
• Provide detailed written feedback to refine search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers for the agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
