Job summary

TruTeam, part of TopBuild Corp, is recruiting experienced installers for insulation and building product installations across local job sites in North Carolina. The role requires traveling to sites daily and performing warehouse and site duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Ability to travel locally and out‑of‑town as required; daily travel to job sites expected.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Responsibilities

• Install company products—including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products—according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job‑site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report any safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform related warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Carry out any additional duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned by management.
