Job summary

Prep Network in Manheim, PA, seeks a Showc ase Director to plan and execute nationwide youth basketball tournaments and showcases. You will be the face of the events team, upholding first-class standards and delivering elite experiences for players and teams.

You will work with the events staff and HQ, coordinating setup, staff, and schedules, while traveling to locations nationwide. A coaching background and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or past basketball coach with a passion for the game.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Experience running events or camps with 50–300 participants and a coaching team.
• Decisive and proactive problem solving under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience leading groups of 10+ people in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Execute event setup, check-in, run-of-show, and staff management.
• Plan and organize event details with the HQ team and checklists.
• Communicate with facility contacts, check-in staff, coaches, and officials.
• Think quickly and adapt to on-site changes and contingencies.
• Deliver motivational messages to groups of 50–300 players and parents.
