Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Show to Close Base team member at The Mann. The Base is our unified command post coordinating security, logistics and staff during events.

This role entails monitoring CCTV, logging incidents, and ensuring smooth show-to-close operations backstage. You will communicate with security, EMS, and venue staff, documenting calls, maintaining logs, and assisting with head counts, equipment, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and document radio calls in backstage office.
• Fill out Activity Log with incidents, medical calls, start/end of show.
• Relay information to NES medics and relevant staff.
• Coordinate with security, EMS, and venue teams to resolve issues ASAP.
• Collect uniforms and sign radios/jackets back in by staff.
• Assist with head counts and overall site supervision and awareness.
