Qualifications

• Minimum five years of managing a multidisciplinary engineering team required.
• Extensive knowledge of animatronics, mechanical systems (mechatronics), controls, robotics and special effects equipment.
• Experience with design engineering practices, component selection, and open-book design.

• Lead and manage the show planning process from concept to production.
• Develop and manage a team of engineers and researchers focused on animatronics and show effects.
• Oversee budgets, resource plans, and project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
