Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and experienced Shovel Truck Foreman to lead a small crew of three men in executing shovel truck operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a pre-programmed route, managing the crew, logging services performed, and occasionally performing limited shoveling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a shovel truck along a pre-programmed route to provide services.

Supervise and manage a team of three men, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Log all services performed, including areas serviced, times, and any issues encountered.

Perform limited shoveling tasks as needed.

Maintain communication with the office regarding any changes in the route or issues that arise.

Ensure the shovel truck is properly maintained and report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues.
