• 5+ years’ experience in Medical Device with roles in Marketing, Product Management, Sales and/or Engineering.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and product launches for shoulder products in the US.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical education, and regulatory teams.
• Develop forecasting, budgeting, and market development plans for assigned lines.
• Provide training and technical support to sales personnel and surgeons.
