Chapman Automotive Group in Chandler, AZ seeks a Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging content across dealership brands. This hands‑on role focuses on short‑form video creation, photography, and captions, traveling to Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas to capture events and vehicle highlights.

You will film, edit, and publish platform-specific content, stay on trend with social media, and contribute creative ideas to grow our brands online.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form video content for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Strong photography, videography, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva or similar tools.
• Portfolio or examples of content creation work required.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record; willingness to travel.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, employees, customers, events, and operations.
• Create engaging, platform-specific content that aligns with trends and brand standards.
• Write captions, assist with scheduling, and support publishing efforts.
• Travel to dealerships across Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas to capture content and events.
• Organize and manage assets for collaboration and reuse.
• Assist with content strategy, trend monitoring, performance analysis, and campaigns.
