Job summary

Havenly Brands is seeking a hands-on Senior Ecommerce Engineer to lead the multi-brand Shopify migration and ongoing storefront support. You’ll own the stack including Hydrogen, Liquid, and Magento integrations, while mentoring a distributed team.

You’ll drive prioritization with business partners, tighten intake processes, and accelerate site updates with AI-assisted development, ensuring stability across five storefronts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building ecommerce platforms with Shopify Hydrogen and Liquid.
• Experience leading a distributed engineering team.
• Experience replatforming or migrating ecommerce sites to Shopify.
• Strong prioritization and clear communication with non-technical partners.
• Familiarity with ERP/OMS integrations (NetSuite).
• Multi-brand or multi-storefront commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of brands onto Shopify and consolidate onto a single platform.
• Keep five storefronts and integrations stable with fast recovery.
• Shorten turnaround on site updates and requests from the business.
• Level up team practices with AI-driven development.
• Mentor engineers and raise the team's bar.
• Intake and prioritization with business to ship work.
• Code review, standards, coaching, and helping engineers grow.
• Oversee APIs, third-party integrations, feeds, and payments.
