Job summary

ATL MarTech is seeking a Shopify developer to build fast, accessible stores and integrations for Online Store 2.0. You will optimize themes, implement analytics, and work with AI tools to accelerate delivery. Remote in the United States with Atlanta area a plus.

You should have 3+ years shipping stores, and experience with the Storefront or Admin API, performance and accessibility focus. You will collaborate with clients and other developers, ensure WCAG 2.2 AA, and contribute to SEO

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Online Store 2.0 themes with Liquid, JSON templates, sections and blocks.
• Integrate apps, checkout extensibility, customer accounts and third-party systems.
• Implement GA4 ecommerce tracking, Google Tag Manager and server-side or consent-aware tagging.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and SEO on product and collection pages.
• Support migrations to Shopify from other platforms.

Job description

Build fast, accessible, well-tracked Shopify stores and features, from themes and sections to app integrations and ecommerce analytics.

• Location Remote, United States (Atlanta area a plus)
• Type Contract to start, with full-time possible
• Build and customize Online Store 2.0 themes with Liquid, JSON templates, sections and blocks
• Integrate apps, checkout extensibility, customer accounts and third-party systems
• Implement GA4 ecommerce tracking, Google Tag Manager and server-side or consent-aware tagging
• Improve Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and SEO on product and collection pages

What you bring

• 3+ years of Shopify development with shipped stores you can show
• Experience with the Storefront or Admin API
• Care for performance and accessibility

How you use AI

• Use AI coding assistants to build faster, and review, test and own every line you ship
• Have used AI to improve a store: product data enrichment, descriptions, search, merchandising or support
• Familiar with Shopify's AI features (such as Shopify Magic and Sidekick) and their limits
• Can show a before-and-after where AI made your work measurably faster or better
