Wheeler Machinery Co. is currently seeking a full-time Welder to join our Salt Lake City, UT location. You will weld and fabricate a variety of metals, read blueprints and build instructions, and produce high-quality welds while meeting estimated time requirements.

• Read blueprints and identify markings
• Horizontal and vertical welding with 1/16 100 series wire
• Read inside and outside mic’s
• Set up and weld series of bores
• Fabrication from prints and weld projects
• Tig weld flat position(Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum)
• Locate specs from sis
• Order parts
• Writing service reports
• Precision measuring
• Preform all other duties as assigned

Wheeler Machinery Co. is currently seeking a full-time Welder to join our team at our Salt Lake City, UT location. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating a variety of metals, ranging from sheet metal to heavy plate. You will be expected to read and interpret blueprints and build instructions. Perform high-quality welds while meeting or exceeding estimated time requirements. Maintain a strong focus on safety and lead by example. Work collaboratively as part of a team.
