Clifford Power Systems, Inc. in Tulsa is seeking a Shop Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on generator equipment, including automatic transfer switches. The role supports inventory and vendor deliveries while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years of diesel/gas engine and generator experience; valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical. Forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience with diesel and/or natural gas engines, generators, and automatic transfer switches.
• Valid Driver's License; ability to pass DOT physical.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Willingness to train to increase generator knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on power generation equipment and automatic transfer switches.
• Troubleshoot engine and electrical repairs.
• Start-ups on generator equipment and related systems.
• Process required paperwork within deadlines.
• Maintain parts inventory of service truck.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Our company is 100% dedicated to power generation.Position Summary:A Shop/Generator Technician is responsible for trouble shooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance and start-ups on generator equipment including automatic transfer switches at the branch.
