Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Experience in oil and gas or related field preferred.
• 1 year in vocational/technical training is preferred.
• Must pass Work Steps physical and lift up to 125 lbs.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, repair, fabrication, assembly and maintenance tasks.
• Safety and quality control inspections to ensure compliance.
• Operate automated machinery and hand tools as required.
• Set up, program operator, and prep equipment with full operational checks.
• Read dials/meters to analyze equipment performance.
• Inspect parts and report defects to supervision.
• Assist with special projects and cover multiple positions as needed.
• Maintain adherence to company safety rules and procedures.
