Job summary
Encore Wellhead Systems, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Crane Operator to support onshore and offshore drilling and production operations. The role requires operating cranes, lifting 50+ pounds, and following all safety protocols.
Candidates must have 2+ years of crane driving experience, be fluent in English, and be able to work a 12-hour day with some weekends. Oilfield experience is preferred; company benefits are offered.

Responsibilities
- Operate cranes to move heavy equipment and materials.
- Assist with general shop maintenance and equipment handling.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team to support onshore/offshore drilling/completions.

- Must comply with all Encore Wellhead Safety Protocols
- Understanding and working knowledge of all equipment used in wellhead and frac systems preferred
- Experience in oilfield
- Valve Repair, Wellhead Assembly, Frac Tree Assembly, Testing, Greasing, Painting
- General shop maintenance
- Must speak English
- Must have 2+ years experience driving cranes
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
Position is full time, weekly schedule of 12 hours per day plus some weekends. Employees are offered company benefits.
