Job summary

The Press Club Grill in Pennsylvania is seeking an entry-level automotive service technician to join our fast-paced team. You will perform oil changes, top off fluids, replace filters, and educate customers on maintenance.

You will work with a team, need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong customer service skills. Training is provided and a monthly bonus program applies.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced shop.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic technology skills and ability to operate service tools.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Drain and replace oil in vehicles.
• Top off brake, power steering, and windshield fluids.
• Educate, recommend, and install air/oil filters and wipers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Efficiently drain and replace oil in vehicles.
• Top off essential fluids, including brake, power steering, and windshield wiper.
• Confidently educate, recommend, and install air filters, oil filters, and windshield wipers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic technology skills (familiarity with service tools and equipment).
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Must be at least 12 years old.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Capability to reach overhead and work under vehicles in a semi-enclosed area.
