In this role you will drain and replace oil, top off fluids, educate and install air and oil filters, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic technology skills (familiarity with service tools and equipment).
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Must be at least 12 years old.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently drain and replace oil in vehicles.
• Top off essential fluids, including brake, power steering, and windshield wiper.
• Confidently educate, recommend, and install air filters, oil filters, and windshield wipers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
