Job summary

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Shop Forklift Mechanic at our Dundalk, MD location. The role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits within a family-owned company with over 50 years of experience in lift trucks and material handling.

Qualifications

Main Duties:

• Diagnose, repair, inspect, and maintain equipment including Forklifts, Pallet Trucks, Boom Lifts, and Scissor Lifts
• Follow safety procedures at all times to avoid accidental injuries and damage
• Keep shop, equipment, and tools in safe operating condition
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Experience repairing forklifts and/or heavy equipment
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Welding/fabricating experience
• Must have own tools
• Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude

Compensation:

This position is paid hourly with a pay range of $20.00/hr. - $40.00/hr. Compensation is based on experience.
