Job summary

SF Metalworks in Colusa, CA is seeking a Shop Technical Lead to blend hands-on fabrication expertise with practical, on-the-floor leadership. You will mentor fabricators, welders, CNC operators, and production staff, guide project priorities, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will read blueprints and CAD files, troubleshoot fabrication challenges, and coordinate with Project Management and Installation teams. A strong safety record and ISO 9000 QA experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in metal fabrication or related field.
