RNR Tire Express is hiring a Shop Technician to oversee the installation shop. You will ensure paperwork for installs and removals is complete, maintain inventory, and ensure the right tools are available for tire and wheel work.
Your duties include mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels, using balancing machines, tagging items, and organizing merchandise. Customer service and safety are essential in this role.

The Shop Technician is responsible for overseeing all activity in the installation shop. The Shop Technician ensures that all paperwork related to installs or removals is completed properly, inventory is appropriately maintained and monitored, and that proper tools and equipment are always in the shop.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Tire Industry Association (TIA) Certification, provided by the company.
Ability to read work orders.
Basic counting skills.
Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of industry standard software.
Must have a valid driver license and have a clean driving record.
Duties are performed in a garage environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
