Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Dayton, OH is seeking a Shipping/Receiving associate to perform duties including inspecting and labeling equipment, mounting and inventorying parts, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks. Basic computer skills are preferred and benefits are included in a full-time package.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties
• Inspect and label incoming and outgoing equipment
• Clean and maintain proper order and appearance of parts and shop areas
• Perform minor building maintenance repairs and painting
• Assemble hand trucks and inventory related parts
• Schedule in house battery and charger repairs
• Assist with van inventories and parts deliveries
• Assist other departments as needed
