Job Overview
Yellowhouse Machinery is hiring John Deere Service Technicians at our Midland, TX location. Pay ranges from $18 to $50 per hour. This position reports to the Service Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Accurately diagnose and repair John Deere Construction and Forestry equipment as well as other brands supported by Yellowhouse Machinery.
Rebuild or replace various types of powertrain and hydraulic components, including engines, transmissions, axles, control valves, hydraulic pumps, and more.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.
Align with safety compliance per company policy.
Maintain a clean work environment and properly care for shop equipment and specialty tools.
Participate in a positive, relationship‑building work environment alongside coworkers in Service, Sales, and Parts departments.
