Ring Power Corporation is seeking a Shop Service Advisor in Florida to lead technicians, schedule work, and ensure safety and quality in every repair. The role reports to the Foreman and trains staff, coordinating workflow to meet deadlines while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, conducting toolbox safety meetings, reviewing open work orders daily, and ensuring adherence to safety, environmental and contamination control policies.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Completed training curriculum to be designated a Service Advisor.
• Able to comprehend written material and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Mansioni

• Schedule, supervise and develop shop technicians.
• Establish procedures for troubleshooting and diagnosing; ensure safe work practices.
• Lead bi-monthly Toolbox Safety Meetings and maintain attendees lists.
• Coordinate service workflow and ensure high quality repairs leaving the shop.
• Communicate with customers and keep open work orders under review.
