Job summary

Prestige Auto Tech is hiring a reliable Shop Porter to join our growing automotive repair team in South Florida. The role is hands-on, focusing on keeping the shop clean, organizing vehicles and parts, and assisting the team.

The position offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday with no weekend work, and a pay of $800 per week. Growth opportunities exist within a stable, year-round company.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is reliable and punctual.

• Follows directions and can work independently around vehicles.
• Friendly and professional with customers and staff.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Prior automotive shop, dealership, porter, or delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the shop clean and organized.
• Clean customer vehicles after service.
• Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed.
• Move vehicles around the property and into/out of bays.
• Pickup and deliver automotive parts.
• Assist with general shop needs and maintain cleanliness.
• Support technicians and service advisors as required.

Shop Porter / Automotive Porter

$800 Per Week | Full-Time | No Weekends

Prestige Auto Tech is hiring a reliable and hardworking Shop Porter to join our growing automotive repair team.

The Shop Porter plays an important role in keeping our automotive repair facility clean, organized, and operating efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to help the team wherever needed.

Pay & Schedule

• $800 per week
• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday
• No weekends
• Stable, year-round employment

Job Responsibilities

As a Shop Porter / Automotive Porter, your responsibilities will include:

• Keep the automotive repair shop clean and organized
• Clean customer vehicles after service
• Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed
• Move customer vehicles around the property and into/out of service bays
• Pick up and deliver automotive parts
• Drop off and pick up customers when needed
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with general shop needs
• Keep parking areas and work areas organized
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shop
• Help maintain a professional appearance of the facility
• Check vehicles for cleanliness before returning them to customers
• Assist with general maintenance and organization around the shop
• Perform other general shop duties as needed
