Location: Cole’s Service Center, Vancleave, Mississippi

Salary: Starting at $60,000/year

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM, Friday 8 AM – 4 PM (Closed on weekends and all major holidays)

Cole’s Service Center is a family-owned and operated auto shop with a solid reputation for quality service and a loyal customer base. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Shop Manager to join our team and help take us to the next level. If you have a passion for leadership, excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing staff and organizing team meetings
  • Ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Handling reporting and administrative tasks using computer systems
  • Maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism with customers and staff

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to organize, create reports, and manage scheduling
  • Computer proficiency, including managing reports and shop software
