Job summary

Aftermath is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a field team and oversee operations for biohazard restoration projects. You’ll coach staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safety and high-quality service during critical times for families and businesses.

Hybrid role with pay structure based on two rates, including an administrative hourly rate. Local candidates with a valid license and 2+ years of leadership experience are preferred.

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure?

In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates—Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of eighteen dollars per hour.
