CB&I is seeking a Machine Operator Helper to assist the machine operator in iron-working tasks, including clipping, cutting, and hole punching. This role involves setup, hoisting, guiding steel members, and maintaining safety protocols in a shop or field environment.
The person will work a four-day week with 10-hour days and mandatory overtime on weekends when production requires it. Strong teamwork and adherence to safety practices are essential.

The Machine Operator Helper is responsible for helping the machine operator with iron working machines used for clipping, cutting and or hole punching. This position is a Individual Contributor role and reports directly to the Supervisor.
Standard work schedule is 4 days a week (Monday- Thursday), 10 hours a day.
Mandatory Overtime on weekends based on production needs
Normal work environment will be shop or field which will require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, working near moving mechanical parts, electrical energy, construction equipment, vibration, fumes, chemicals, and airborne particles.

Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds (overhead level).
Lifting 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Lifting objects more than 100 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing 50 pounds or more (to shoulder height).
