Job summary

ACME Locksmith Corporation in Phoenix is seeking a mid-level shop technician to handle locksmith work that comes into the store. The role includes high-security key cutting, car key programming, and other core locksmith tasks at one of our shop locations.

Work is full-time in-store at one of four locations (Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale). You will also support phones, scheduling, and inventory while maintaining a clean, organized shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in the locksmith industry with automotive and commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• High security and standard key cutting, tubular key duplicating, car key programming, originating keys by code, impressioning, lock picking, rekeying, Best core pinning, ignition/door lock repair, and more.
• Answering phones and scheduling customer service calls
• Maintaining store inventory including ordering and inventory entry
• Keeping the store clean and organized
