Job summary

E3D Management Company Inc in Las Vegas is seeking a Shop Lead to guide the production team on custom builds, cabinetry, and exhibit fabrication. This hands-on role focuses on converting drawings into finished pieces while keeping projects on schedule.

You will review project drawings, assign daily tasks, supervise fabrication and assembly, monitor quality, and maintain a safe, organized work area to ensure on-time completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fabrication, exhibit, construction, or manufacturing experience.
• Previous leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and production documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Hourly rate dependent on candidate experience
