Job summary

American Millworks in Texas is seeking dependable shop helpers to support our production team in a fast-paced, high-end millwork environment. This role is critical to keeping the shop running efficiently and maintaining the quality standards our projects require.

You will assist craftsmen with material handling, assembly support, and general shop tasks; move materials safely, help with packaging for delivery, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Prior shop, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Attention to detail and respect for quality craftsmanship

Responsibilities
