Job summary

You will assist in boosting technician efficiency and participate in learning opportunities to grow with the team. The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• General mechanical knowledge or aptitude required.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
• Forklift operation ability is beneficial.
• Mindset with curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the shop to meet high standards.
• Deliver parts to shop technicians to support timely service.
• Interact with customers in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
• Assist technicians to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Engage in learning modules and personal/professional development.
• Help other technicians and contribute to continuous growth.
• Drive trucks as directed to pull in/out of the shop.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to enhance customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.
