Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate / Shop Hand / Delivery Driver

Location: Odessa, Texas

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Shop Hand / Delivery Driver to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily warehouse, shop, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, mechanically inclined, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks including inventory management, shipping and receiving, tool assembly, deliveries, and general shop maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

but not limited too:

• Warehouse Operations
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Pick, pull, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries.
• Shipping & Receiving
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Verify delivery documentation and packing slips.
  • Package materials and prepare items for shipping.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Shop Duties
  • Assemble tools, equipment, and related products according to company standards.
  • Perform sandblasting and surface preparation tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with general shop operations and support technicians as needed.
  • Operate shop equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Delivery & Parts Pickup
  • Deliver materials, tools, and products to customers and job site locations.
  • Pick up parts, supplies, and materials from vendors and suppliers.
  • Load, transport, and unload materials safely.
  • Complete delivery of documentation and maintain records as required.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shop, manufacturing, or delivery experience Forklift experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a warehouse/shop environment for extended periods.
