Job summary

Bergey’s Ford in Ambler, PA is seeking an entry-level shop technician to perform basic repairs and support the service team. You will assist mechanics, maintain tools and equipment, and contribute to vehicle servicing tasks in a busy auto shop.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn, with opportunities for advancement within Bergey’s family of locations across PA. This is a full-time, on-site position at Bergey’s Ford in Ambler.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic repair tasks in a shop setting.
• Driver’s license is required for employment.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the Bergey’s team.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs in the shop
• Maintain equipment and tools
• Assist mechanics as needed
• Performs entry level mechanic work.
• Drains/disposes of used oil filters properly
• Uses proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require protection.
• Fills vehicle with fuel
• Other tasks as assigned
