Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead the evening workflow in our Rosemount, MN shop. You will triage, assign, and dispatch repair orders, perform diagnostics and repairs, and mentor technicians to maintain speed, quality, and safety.

Strong leadership and hands-on expertise are essential to drive customer satisfaction. You’ll manage parts sourcing, coordinate with vendors, and keep customers informed on repair status.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on automotive and/or diesel repair experience.
• Proven ability with medium-duty trucks, gas vehicles, diesel vehicles, fleet vehicles, and/or commercial equipment.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostic capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the Evening Workflow in Our Rosemount ShopPicture this: it’s 5:00 PM in Rosemount, MN. You scan the day’s repair tickets, line up parts, assign jobs to the team, and roll up your sleeves to tackle a tricky diesel diagnosis. You’re not just keeping the shop moving—you’re setting the standard for quality, safety, and speed.
