Job summary

Clean Scapes is Houston's leading commercial landscaper, seeking a Shop Foreman to manage the shop and keep field crews equipped for daily work.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain engines and landscaping tools, track parts and inventory, and ensure safety in the shop while coordinating with managers and crews.

This full-time on-site role requires experience with small engines, leadership skills, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous small-engine or equipment-repair experience required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Previous leadership or shop-management experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate tools and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driver-approval requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines and landscaping equipment.
• Service equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and related tools.
• Assign and prioritize daily shop work.
• Maintain accurate repair and preventive-maintenance records.
• Track parts, tools, equipment, and shop inventory.
• Inspect equipment to ensure it is safe and ready for use.
• Communicate repair status and equipment needs to managers and field teams.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Pick up or deliver equipment and parts as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.
