Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant engineering experience with direct manufacturing or shop-floor support.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in CAD such as SolidWorks or Creo.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, tolerances and technical specifications.
• Practical approach to troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Strong communication with engineers, technicians and production leaders.
• Experience supporting quality standards within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical contact between engineering and production teams.
• Interpret drawings and recommend design changes to improve manufacturability.
