Job Responsibilities:

1. Fabricate ductwork, air distribution accessories, and associated equipment for commercial, industrial, and institutional heating and air conditioning projects.
2. Locate, measure, and outline installation areas from construction drawings.
3. Drill holes, attach brackets, hangers, and other holding devices.
4. Fabricate complex fittings and ductwork.
5. Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and distributing materials and parts.
6. Install equipment such as coils, fans, and humidifiers.
7. Operate equipment like shears, press brakes, sheet rollers, hem saws, plasma cutters, grinders, etc.
8. Work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Ability to weld using GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Welding test on stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum at interview.
• Proficiency with hand tools, man lifts, platform lifts, forklifts, rigging, and erection equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
