Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Shop Assistant to work with store teams to maintain product and service areas, delivering excellent customer service and following company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Key duties include maintaining the showroom, service room, truck service area and warehouse, stocking, labeling, and painting, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.
• Parent authorization may be required depending on State guidelines.

Job Description: The Shop Assistant works in partnership with store employees to maintain product and service areas. The Shop Assistant provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
