Wagner Equipment Co. in Colorado is seeking a Utility Worker to support shop operations, perform light maintenance, and assist technicians. You will manage parts, prepare equipment for delivery, and help keep the yard organized.
This role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service, and experience with machine maintenance and operation, including forklifts. Our benefits include PTO, insurance, 401K, and tuition assistance.

The Utility Worker performs general support and housekeeping functions for an assigned shop, which may include refueling equipment, reporting machine hours to the counter representative upon rental returns, and organizing the yard by equipment status, in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” Depending on what shop/location assigned to, the Utility Worker will perform all or some of these functions.
Pay rate: $16.00 - $19.32 per hour. Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.
