Steve Madden is seeking a Shoe Stylist (part-time) in Cypress, TX to greet customers, promote products, and maintain a polished store environment. You will translate product knowledge into confident recommendations, support promotions, and help with displays and merchandising.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work day, evening, weekends or holidays. Prior retail experience is preferred; training provided for POS systems and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate the POS and store computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain high standards in customer service across the store.
• Understand product information, promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
• Demonstrate salesmanship by achieving sales productivity targets.
• Assist in store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, cleaning, and returns to inventory.
• Be flexible and perform duties outside your specific role when needed.
