Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist in Texas to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You’ll greet customers, know product details, and maintain store standards while supporting daily operations.

The role focuses on building a client base, applying selling techniques, and staying flexible with hours including weekends and holidays; prior retail experience is preferred; join a fashion-forward team at Steve Madden.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
