Job summary

Dolce Vita is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist who will apply selling techniques to merchandise and develop a client base to drive sales. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure outstanding service while supporting store operations and promotions.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Employee discounts and benefits are included.

Job description

The Shoe Stylist is responsible for applying selling techniques to merchandise and developing a client base to build sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
• Maintain outstanding standards in every aspect of customer service.
• Possess an understanding of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
• Demonstrate salesmanship skills by consistently achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels.
• Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person\'s qualifications and experience. $17.00 - $20.00 / hour
