Job summary

Shoe Carnival is hiring a Store Associate to help customers find shoes, handle purchases, and keep displays stocked in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, and share promotions while delivering friendly service.

This part-time, on-site role requires good communication, basic math, and the ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $11.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Great communication and listening skills.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math.
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
• Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns
• Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
• Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers
• Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
• Support loss prevention and store cleanliness
