Job summary

Shoe Station is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find shoes and create positive shopping experiences. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and keep the store welcoming and organized.

Responsibilities include operating the register, handling cash, giving change, processing returns, and promoting Shoe Perks. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow while staying active on your feet.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities
